Digital advertising isn’t easy. Your campaigns need to be strategically set up to succeed, and your creative and landing pages must be designed with purpose. We are never surprised to learn that a business who tried doing ads themselves did not see success.
When we start a campaign, you pay the first month's management fee upfront. However, your billing cycle doesn’t begin until your ads are live. This means your first payment covers 30 days of active ads, even if it two weeks to set up the campaign and design the creatives. After that, invoices are sent in the last week every month for the upcoming month's service. If your ads don't go live at the beginning of a calendar month, we'll prorate the management fee for the second month of service. Payment is accepted through credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
